These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EasyCuci (hereinafter referred to as "EasyCuci", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://easycuci.cam.

EasyCuci provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services primarily to players located in Malaysia. All services are offered in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are accessible via supported Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.

By accessing the EasyCuci platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and EasyCuci.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on EasyCuci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. EasyCuci reserves the right to close any account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age, and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a business capacity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of EasyCuci complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from EasyCuci or any other gambling platform, and you have not been excluded from gambling services by any regulatory authority.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of EasyCuci, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from EasyCuci management.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting purpose without prior written authorisation from EasyCuci.

To access real-money gaming services on EasyCuci, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identification card (MyKad) or passport;
• A valid email address that you own and have access to;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number;
• A secure password of your choosing; and
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are aged 21 or above.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify EasyCuci immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team.

EasyCuci reserves the right to require verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — may result in account restrictions or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending KYC completion.

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. EasyCuci accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

EasyCuci accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Bank Transfer: FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — all participating Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

EasyCuci does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your EasyCuci account immediately for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission and approval of government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours will be reviewed and actioned within the timeframes stated on the Platform: under 5 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), 5–15 minutes for DuitNow/FPX, and 15–60 minutes for direct bank wire transfers.
• Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• EasyCuci reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

EasyCuci does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

EasyCuci offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. EasyCuci reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the same welcome promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• EasyCuci reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinated group exploitation — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

All bets and game rounds on EasyCuci are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet placements before confirmation. EasyCuci does not accept responsibility for player errors made during the betting process.

Specific betting rules — including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and special event rules for sports markets covering events such as Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other sports — are published within each relevant game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• EasyCuci uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all slot and casino table games. These systems are independently tested to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game results (cards dealt, roulette ball landing position, dice rolls). EasyCuci does not manipulate live game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by EasyCuci and are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.
• EasyCuci reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds, and to return the staked amount to the Player.
• Maximum win amounts per bet or per game session may apply and are communicated within each game or product. EasyCuci reserves the right to limit winnings to the stated maximums.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the EasyCuci platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using funds that are derived from illegal activities or attempting to use EasyCuci for money laundering purposes;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with or gain an advantage on the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes for financial gain without reporting them to EasyCuci;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or EasyCuci staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting) in a manner that manipulates bonus or promotional structures;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or EasyCuci staff through any communication channel.

EasyCuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that our platform is used for entertainment purposes only. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders and session time limits to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing Players of their session duration and net win/loss position during extended play sessions.

All content on the EasyCuci platform — including but not limited to the EasyCuci brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to EasyCuci and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use EasyCuci's branding, logos, or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement or association without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or technology;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of EasyCuci intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by EasyCuci.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyCuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or server downtime that are beyond EasyCuci's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms;
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials;
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

EasyCuci makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available continuously, but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. EasyCuci will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practical.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit EasyCuci's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by EasyCuci's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

EasyCuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by EasyCuci is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — for marketing communications. EasyCuci does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to EasyCuci's legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

EasyCuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, EasyCuci may forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where account closure is not related to a Player's breach — for example, where EasyCuci decides to cease operations in a particular jurisdiction — genuine funds will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting EasyCuci customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to completion of all applicable KYC and withdrawal requirements.

EasyCuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practically possible.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

EasyCuci aims to resolve all Player complaints and disputes amicably. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. All complaints submitted in writing will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 5 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available to the Player. EasyCuci will cooperate in good faith with any such process.
